Where do you work?
My home base is Colorado but I can work all across the United States and Canada.
What is the process?
There are many challenges to implement change and we must gain accurate information in a variety of ways. The general process of community engagement looks like this

What are you known for?
Relationship building skills through technical assistance calls, site visits and in-person meetings tremendously well. I implement my relator strength with local communities I works with, including key partners and stakeholders.  I strengthen relationships with internal and external partners, including with the evaluation team.

Accountability and delivering high quality customer service utilizing my executing strength.  I display honesty and integrity and gets the job done in a way that improves the overall operation of a community-wide program and/or strategy. In addition, I have tremendous professional pride and passion for my work.

Continuously increaseing my communication skills with key partners by being concise, consistent and focused in my communication style. I employ a health equity lens to my work and respectfully, value opinions and ideas from persons of different backgrounds and cultures and incorporates these ideas into my technical assistance and customer service.
